• We can help you with all aspects of your meal preparation. Our lifestyle coordinators can put together a meal plan and help you with your grocery shopping. We can even prep your food so that you can enjoy putting your meal together.

• If you choose not to cook and would like food delivered to your door, we can certainly help source the right service to suit your palate and budget.

• IAgeWell’s health support team is a local network of trusted allied health professionals. We can support you to find the right therapist to meet your needs.

Companionship Program:

• Looking for someone to chat with or to join an activity group that interests you? We can certainly help. Our team will introduce you to like-minded people and/or interest groups on the Sunshine Coast.

Transport:

• Need a few errands done? Heading to the local restaurant to catch up with a friend or want to go out shopping? Wherever you’re off to, we can arrange the appropriate transport and accompany you too, if needed.

Entertainment and Travel Support:
