We visit you in the home to assess the help you need. We help you register with My Aged Care, navigate the age right service to meet your care needs and budget and develop a tailored service support plan.
In-Home Consultation fee: $95 +GST

AGED CARE PLACEMENT

We assist you to find the ideal accommodation, work out costs, fill in paperwork and help you settle in.

Short Term Residential Placement
Cost: $250 +GST

Permanent Residential Placement
Cost: $500 +GST

PRIVATE CASE MANAGEMENT

We provide private case management for those who need support on a monthly basis. This service can be paid privately or through your home care package.
Cost: $95 per month +GST
